Gratchi's Facilitation Team

All resident team building facilitators at Gratchi's are qualified by Playworks Team Building.  Below is some information about their founding facilitation team:

Geoffrey Nuval has spoken and presented at numerous conferences in the Philippines and the U.S. on the topics of entrepreneurship in the workplace, marketing in a socially networked world, and the influence of game mechanics and rewards programs on user behavior.

Mr. Nuval has prior corporate experience in operational, fundraising, and investment functions -- he founded two startups in the tech industry and prior to that worked in Venture Capital for Lehman Brothers (now Tenaya Capital). 

Mr. Nuval holds a BS in Management Science & Engineering with Honors from Stanford University and initiated a course in Entrepreneurship at the Oxford University's Said Business School. 

Nikki is a loyal, team-spirited individual who is able to gain confidence of people.  Adept at bringing people to strive for a common purpose, she has organized numerous successful team building and group seminar events for some of the largest companies in the Philippines.  Nikki has prior corporate experience in sales and product marketing. 

She holds a BS in Communications Engineering from De La Salle University.
